Types of Data collected

The Controller does not provide a list of types of Personal Data collected. Full details on each type of data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by specific information notices displayed prior to data collection. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application. Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory. If the User refuses to provide it, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. In cases where this Application indicates some Data as optional, Users are free to refrain from providing such Data without any consequence on the availability or operation of the Service. Users who are unsure about which Data is mandatory are encouraged to contact the Controller. Any use of Cookies — or other tracking tools — by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application, unless otherwise specified, is intended to provide the Service requested by the User, in addition to the purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy, if available. The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties that are obtained, published or shared through this Application, and guarantees the right to communicate or disclose them, relieving the Controller of any liability towards third parties.

Methods of processing

The Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the stated purposes. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the operation of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the Data, and may be appointed as Data Processors by the Controller. The updated list of Processors may be requested from the Controller at any time.

Legal basis of processing

The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions applies:

• the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes. Note: in some jurisdictions the Controller may be permitted to process Personal Data without the User’s consent or another legal basis specified below, until the User objects ("opt-out") to such processing. This does not apply where the processing of Personal Data is governed by European data protection law;
• processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or for pre-contractual measures;
• processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
• processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;
• processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or a third party.

It is always possible to request the Controller to clarify the legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether processing is based on law, provided for in a contract or necessary to enter into a contract.

Place

Data is processed at the Controller’s operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Controller. The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the User’s country. To obtain further information on the place of processing, the User may refer to the section on details of the processing of Personal Data. The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization governed by public international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as the security measures adopted by the Controller to protect the Data. The User may verify whether any of the transfers described above takes place by examining the section of this document relating to details of Personal Data processing, or by requesting information from the Controller using the contact details provided.

Retention period

Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected.
Therefore:

• Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of that contract is complete.
• Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the Controller’s legitimate interest will be retained until that interest is satisfied. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.

When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data for longer until such consent is withdrawn. Furthermore, the Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this period, the right of access, erasure, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Purposes of processing

The User’s Data is collected to enable the Controller to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect the Controller’s rights and interests (or those of Users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as for the following purposes: Access to third-party account services. For detailed information on the purposes of processing and the Personal Data processed for each purpose, the User may refer to the section "Details of Personal Data processing".

Facebook permissions requested by this Application

This Application may request certain Facebook permissions that allow it to perform actions with the User’s Facebook account and to collect information, including Personal Data, from it. This service allows this Application to connect with the User’s account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc. For more information on the permissions listed below, please refer to the Facebook permissions documentation and the Facebook privacy policy. The permissions requested are as follows:

public_profile

The basic information of the User registered on Facebook, which normally includes: id, name, picture, gender and locale, and in some cases Facebook "Friends". If the User has made additional Data publicly available, that Data will also be available.

pages_manage_posts

Allows creating, editing and deleting posts on the User’s Page.

publish_to_groups

Allows users to publish content to their Facebook group.

groups_access_member_info

Allows apps to retrieve content posted in groups along with member details.

pages_read_engagement

Read content published on the Page. Read names, PSIDs and profile pictures of Page followers. Read metadata about the Page.

pages_manage_engagement

Post a comment on a Page post. Update a comment on a Page post. Delete a comment on a Page post. Like or unlike a Page post.

pages_show_list

Allows viewing the list of Pages managed by the User.

Details of Personal Data processing

Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

• Access to third-party account services This type of service allows this Application to retrieve Data from your accounts on third-party services and perform actions with them. These services are not activated automatically, but require the User’s explicit authorization.
• Facebook account access (Facebook, Inc.) This service allows this Application to connect with the User’s account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook, Inc. Permissions requested: Manage Page posts. Place of processing: United States — Privacy Policy.

User rights

Users may exercise certain rights with respect to their Data processed by the Controller.
In particular, the User has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of their Personal Data previously given.
• object to the processing of their Data. The User may object to the processing of their Data when it is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Further details on the right to object are provided in the section below.
• access their Data. The User has the right to obtain information on the Data processed by the Controller, on certain aspects of processing, and to receive a copy of the Data processed.
• verify and request rectification. The User may verify the accuracy of their Data and request that it be updated or corrected.
• obtain restriction of processing. Where certain conditions apply, the User may request restriction of the processing of their Data. In that case the Controller will not process the Data for any purpose other than storage.
• obtain erasure or removal of their Personal Data. Where certain conditions apply, the User may request that the Controller erase their Data.
• receive their Data or have it transferred to another controller. The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have it transferred without hindrance to another controller. This provision applies where Data is processed by automated means and processing is based on the User’s consent, on a contract to which the User is a party, or on pre-contractual measures related thereto.
• lodge a complaint. The User may lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or take legal action. In Italy, the competent authority is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it (apre in nuova finestra)).

Details on the right to object

Where Personal Data is processed in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller, or for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, Users may object to such processing on grounds relating to their particular situation.
Users are informed that, where their Data is processed for direct marketing purposes, they may object to such processing without providing any justification. To find out whether the Controller processes Data for direct marketing purposes, Users may refer to the relevant sections of this document.
To exercise their rights, Users may address a request to the Controller’s contact details provided in this document. Requests are handled free of charge and processed as soon as possible, and in any case within one month.

Additional information on processing

Legal defence

The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages thereof for the defence against misuse of this Application or the related Services by the User.
The User acknowledges that the Controller may be required to disclose Data upon request of public authorities.

Specific notices

At the User’s request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional contextual information regarding specific Services, or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

System logs and maintenance

For operational and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services it uses may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and may contain Personal Data such as the User’s IP address.

Further information regarding the processing of Personal Data may be requested at any time from the Controller using the contact details provided.

Response to "Do Not Track" requests

This Application does not support "Do Not Track" requests.
To find out whether any third-party services it uses support them, the User is invited to consult their respective privacy policies.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying Users on this page and, where possible, within this Application, and where technically and legally feasible, by sending a notice to Users via any contact details held. Users are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly, referring to the date of last update shown at the bottom.

Where changes affect processing whose legal basis is consent, the Controller will collect the User’s consent again, where required.

Definitions and legal references

Personal Data (or Data)

Any information that, directly or indirectly, even in combination with any other information, including a personal identification number, renders a natural person identified or identifiable.

Usage Data

Information collected automatically through this Application (including from third-party applications integrated in this Application), such as: the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by Users who connect to this Application, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the server response status (success, error, etc.), the country of origin, the browser and operating system characteristics of the visitor, the various time-related details of the visit (e.g. time spent on each page) and details of the path followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of pages visited, parameters relating to the operating system and the User’s IT environment.

User

The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject

The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

Data Processor

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.

Data Controller

The natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and the tools adopted, including security measures relating to the operation and use of this Application. The Data Controller, unless otherwise specified, is the owner of this Application.
